GUILDERLAND — A new Chinese restaurant, Emperor Garden, has opened at Crossgates Mall.

“We are so impressed with Emperor Garden’s authentic Chinese experience! The entire staff has taken on the role of transforming their look to match the ancient Chinese fashions, with a food presentation that matches the amazing taste and quality,” said Jennifer Smith, Crossgates’ marketing director, in a release.

Dishes are served family style so that a variety of foods can be sampled in one sitting.

Emperor Garden is located on the lower level near Regal Cinemas and Macy’s.

For the restaurant’s “grand opening weekend,” Feb 2 to 4, customers will receive 10-percent off.
