These local students were named to the spring 2019 semester Dean's List at Clarkson University, comprised of students with a grade-point average of 3.25:

— Caitlyn Bonniwell of Altamont, NY, a humanities major.

— Spencer Rapp of East Berne, NY, a civil engineering major.

These local students were named to the Spring 2019 semester Dean’s List at Siena College.

The Guilderland, Berne-Knox-Westerlo, Voorheesville, and Bethlehem school districts have released the income criteria for students to qualify for free or reduced-price lunches. All four districts have the same standard, based on family size and income.
