On June 15th, the Altamont Fairgrounds held a fundraiser for the Regional Food Bank and Patroon Land Farm. 

The E=MC2 program ended their year long independent study at a June 13th presentation at Guilderland High School.

On June 14, the American Legion post 977 held a flag day ceremony with the help of the Boy Scouts to help burn retired, torn and tathered flags.

Carlos Quinones

Rape charges were pending against Carlos Quinones, 17, when he was arrested by Guilderland Police in February for allegedly displaying a gun in the Crossgates Mall parking lot.

The land bank wants to know how much it would cost to have the building demolished, to make the site more attractive to developers.

The candidates were asked for their views on paid sick leave, stemming the opioid crisis, suburban poverty, and becoming a nanny county.
