Col. Gregory Fairbank, with the United States Army Reserve, a Guilderland native, graduated on July 24 from the U.S. Army War College at Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

Constance M. Rue

ALTAMONT — Constance M. Rue was a devoted mother and grandmother who started a new chapter in life a decade ago, volunteering for a variety of village initiatives.

She died unexpectedly at her Altamont home on Sunday, July 5, 2020. She was 61.

A drive-through Fair Food Fest was held at Altamont fairgrounds on Saturday.
