Learn Italian Classes (Advanced) starting Tuesday, April 10 (Tuesdays for 7 weeks) from 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m at the American Italian Heritage Association and Museum,1227 Central Ave, Albany, NY 12205. Instructor Dr. John Angerosa, Jr., will lead this course beginning Tuesday, April 10. It runs for seven weeks with the last class being Tuesday, May 22, 2018. Students should be able to converse in Italian and have an interest in enhancing their knowledge of the grammatical basis of this beautiful language.

Join Albany Pine Bush Preserve Commission staff for our annual hike through the Pine Bush to watch the elaborate flight displays of the American Woodcock. During the mating season in early spring, male woodcocks perform amazing flight displays at dusk. Males circle high in the evening sky then plummet to the earth in a series of zigzags and whistling wings. Remember to bring your binoculars! We will start inside and then continue outside for a 0.9-mile hike. Ages 6+. Free!
