Dangerous Frontier Living History Weekend. Travel back to the tumultuous year of 1759 as the Mabee Farm is transformed into an outpost on the Mohawk frontier during the French and Indian War. Danger lurks at every corner as skilled artisans practice their crafts, boats drift down the Mohawk, and militiamen prepare for a climactic battle. Canons will boom, muskets will flare. The only question is: will you be there? Saturday, June 2 from 10 am - 5 pm and Sunday, June 3 from 10 am - 3 pm at Mabee Farm; $10 per car

The 57th Hilltowns Memorial Day Parade is both a celebration and a memorial event commemorating those who have been lost during service to our country. This year’s theme is “Never forget, ever honor” and participants will include: Berne-Knox-Westerlo marching band, floats, military and classic vehicles, horses, fire and emergency vehicles as well as marching groups. The parade begins at 10:00 am and proceeds through the village of Berne.
