Here, Frazier, an NBA Hall of Famer and spokesman for Ollie’s, is wearing two NBA championship rings, which he won with the Knicks in the early 1970s. Frazier signs a basketball for 11-year-old New York Knicks fan Eric Ji of Latham, one of many who lined up for Frazier’s autograph during the Aug. 21 opening of Ollie’s Bargain Outlet.
