Frazier signs a basketball for 11-year-old New York Knicks fan Eric Ji of Latham, one of many who lined up for Frazier’s autograph during the Aug. 21 opening of Ollie’s Bargain Outlet.

Getting a bargain on blue jeans, these costumers look for their sizes on opening day, Aug. 21, of Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Crossgates Commons. They weren’t alone; the chain store — this is the 14th Ollie’s in New York — was packed.
