GUILDERLAND — CM Fox Real Estate and Venture Realty Partners have merged, forming Venture Fox Realty Group with nearly 100 agents.

The group calls itself a “boutique powerhouse,” projects sales at over 200 million, and says in a release announcing the partnership, “The new firm is built to deliver elevated, personalized service while competing directly with national corporate brokerages.”

“In a world where real estate is becoming increasingly impersonal, we’re doubling down on relationships, not just transactions,” said Troy Miller, broker and owner of CM Fox Real Estate in the release.  “This merger is about creating something stronger together — without compromising the boutique experience our clients value.”

“We’re positioning ourselves as the smart alternative to the one-size-fits-all approach of big-box brokerages,” added Shane Cahill, broker and owner of Venture Realty Partners in the release. “We know our markets inside and out, and now we have the scale to compete on every level.”
