An elderly woman crossed over the double yellow line on Route 155 Sunday, causing a two-car crash that sent both her and the other driver to Albany Med. The other driver was Joseph Cotazino, 61, a well-known figure in Voorheesville, who is the leader of the Orchard Park Neighborhood Association, which is very active in local charity work.
