BETHLEHEM — Nicholas Suhr, a Delmar resident, was promoted to the rank of lieutenant colonel in the New York Army National Guard, during a ceremony at New York National Guard headquarters on Friday, March 26.
Fred the Butcher opened its second shop on Friday, March 5, in New Scotland. The Halfmoon-based butcher opened in the former home of Falvo’s Meat Market on Route 85A.
