GUILDERLAND — The owners of Robinson’s Ace Hardware have opened a new equipment rental shop right next to their original store on Western Avenue near Witte Road.

Alan Alexander has been hired as vice president and senior commercial banking relationship manager at NBT Bank.

Albany County broke its record last month at its Child Safety Seat Check at Crossgates Mall.  Certified Child Passenger Safety Technicians inspected 155 car seats, surpassing the 2014 record of 124 car seats.

GUILDERLAND —Tractor Supply Company, in partnership with National 4-H Council, is hosting a Paper Clover campaign in October.

From Oct. 7 to 18, customers have the opportunity to purchase paper clovers for $1 or more during checkout.

ALTAMONT — Stephen F. Hout has been named manager of the Capital Region Market's Altamont branch of KeyBank, at 105 Park Street.

“He is responsible for maximizing branch productivity, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and managing the employees within the branch,” according to a release from KeyBank.

John M. Bagyi, with Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC, has been recognized in the 2015 Upstate New York Super Lawyers list in the field of Employment and Labor. This is the seventh consecutive year he has received this honor.

GUILDERLAND — Kathy Burbank, formerly president of the Guilderland Chamber of Commerce and director of Community Caregivers, is joining CM Fox Real Estate.

The independent real estate company, owned by Troy Miller, who was raised in Guilderland, is celebrating its 10th anniversary.
