Bagyi a Super lawyer again

John M. Bagyi, with Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC, has been recognized in the 2015 Upstate New York Super Lawyers list in the field of Employment and Labor. This is the seventh consecutive year he has received this honor.

An attorney and certified Senior Professional in Human Resources in the firm's Albany office, Bagyi assists employers in achieving and maintaining legal compliance, while improving employee engagement and workplace productivity. In doing so, he represents employers of all types and sizes in a variety of labor and employment-related contexts, including workplace investigations, policy development and review, union organizing campaigns, strikes and picketing, and employment litigation in federal and state courts.

A graduate of Guilderland High School, the University at Albany, and Albany Law School, Bagyi lives in Voorheesville with his wife, Dania, and their daughters, Kennedy and McKenna.
