To the Editor:

Children can visit with Santa on Sunday, Dec. 15, during a drive-through event at the Boyd Hilton Veterans of Foreign Wars Post.

The event runs from noon to 2 p.m. at 11 Mill St. in Altamont.

This annual event is open for up to 50 children, 12 years of age or younger. Each child will receive a gift from Santa, snacks, and a craft.

Reservations are required. Call 518-861-8323 by Dec. 10 to reserve your child’s spot. Please include your name and the name, gender and age of each child that will be attending.

As always, the local veterans organizations appreciate your support.
