I am honored to represent you

To the Editor:

It is with sincere gratitude I am writing this letter to the editor.

When I first started this journey back into the public eye, there was really no way to know how it would all turn out. In every contest, there is a winner and a loser, be it a simple game of cards or in this case a seat on our town board.

Winning the majority of votes from all of you that voted was no simple task.

Along with all I did to gain support, there was a whole team of dedicated and caring family members, friends, neighbors, and residents supporting me in so many different ways.

I am honored to represent you and will do my best to serve this town with the honesty, integrity, and accountability I promised.

There have been so many good things happening in our town. It is my hope to be a part of even better things to come.

Each day we are granted a fresh start and a new chance to move forward. We can do good simply by being productive, compassionate, and caring.

Thank you, to each of you that have allowed me this new opportunity.
