To the Editor:

I am looking forward to voting.

Assemblywoman Patricia Fahy is an energetic and practical advocate for our area. She has directed additional state funds to the Voorheesville and Guilderland schools, assisted the county in preserving open space, and she has plans to put more people to work on infrastructure projects. Fahy has been leading the effort to safely open restaurants because she understands how many people work in this industry.

Michelle Hinchey will be a strong advocate for upstate New York in the State Senate. She supports sustainable growth and knows how important our schools and jobs are now and in the future. The Hinchey family has been in upstate New York for many years and being a member of the majority party gives us much more say in the state legislature. 

I trust Pat Fahy and Michelle Hinchey and urge you to vote for them on or before Nov. 3.
