Scouts hold food drive

GUILDERLAND — Boy Scouts from St. Madeleine Sophie’s Troop 50 will be holding their annual food drive in November.

Bags will be distributed on or about Saturday, Nov. 4. Scouts will be collecting food donations door-to-door and at St. Madeleine Sophie’s Parish at 3510 Carmen Rd., on Saturday, Nov. 11, from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Residents may leave items for collection by their mailbox by 8:30 a.m. or drop them off at St. Madeleine Sophie’s Parish to be used in the food pantry.

The Scouts thank residents for their past and continuing support of local food pantries and Boy Scouts.
