Vote for the Knox town seal you like best

To the Editor:

As the town of Knox approaches its 200th anniversary, the town board would like to have Knox residents  help choose an official town seal. Three different designs have been created to represent the unique history of the town of Knox.

Although there are many things that make Knox a unique and special place, the town seal designs focus on the history of Knox including the pillbox, schoolhouses, agriculture, and the Anti-Rent Wars.

We want to hear from our residents! Please vote for the seal that you like best.

Residents may vote online at the town website, www.knoxny.org, or by contacting me in the town clerk’s office at (518) 872-2551. We will also have town seal voting ballots available at Town Hall on Election Night (Nov. 7) so don’t forget to stop by and cast your vote on your way out!
