Strawberry social a class ACT

To the Editor:

Altamont Community Tradition welcomed summer with friends and neighbors in Altamont, during our Strawberry Social held Tuesday, June 21. It was a beautiful evening, and Orsini Park was buzzing with activity.

ACT would like to thank our sponsors — Stewart's Shop, the Home Front Cafe, and Altamont Orchards — for providing key ingredients for the delicious treats. Thank you to the volunteers who helped us host this wonderful family event. Nancy and Shelly, from SEFCU, served up strawberry shortcakes, while Stewart Linendoll led children's games

Mac N Tosh the Clown was kept busy providing balloons and temporary tattoos. Thanks go out for the behind-the-scenes prep of the strawberries and homemade biscuits, by ACT members and their families.

It is ACT's pleasure to create an occasion for our community to simply enjoy one another and our beautiful village.
