To the Editor:
The Voorheesville Community and School Foundation and the village of Voorheesville invite individuals, businesses, and organizations who donated toward the construction of the Rail Trail Pavilion to join us on Wednesday, June 22, at 6:30 p.m. to take a group photo with the newly installed donor plaque in front of the pavilion at the head of the Voorheesville end of the rail trail.

The plaque lists all donors who donated $250 or more (in-kind or monetary donations) for the pavilion project.

The foundation and the village will also be sending invitations via email and through social media. Please watch the village website and Facebook page for updates, including notice of cancellation if severe weather is expected.

We ask that people start gathering near the pavilion beginning at 6:30 p.m. and the photo will be taken promptly at 7 p.m. It is expected that the photo will be hung in Village Hall. We hope to see our donors there!
