To the Editor:

I have always believed that, when you accept the responsibility to serve on a school board, village board, town board, church board, fair board, etc. Etcl, you accept the responsibility to act not only as a team member, but mainly as an independent thinker who listens to and acts upon the concerns of the community and the organization you represent.

With this in mind, I strongly endorse Judy Slack, whom I have long admired for her work and dedication, to the Guilderland School District.
