Joan M. Healey

Joan M. Healey died surrounded by her loving husband and her two sons on Monday, April 11, 2022. She was 58.

“Joan was a loving mother and devoted wife and a proud grandmother,” her family wrote in a tribute. “She truly loved her family.”

She was the beloved daughter of Melvin Butterbaugh and Barbara Haverly.

She is survived by her husband of eight years, Michael Healey.

She is survived, too, by her two boys, Ross Dorff and Christopher Girke. She will also be missed by her granddaughters, Delilah, Marleigh, Lucia, Gabriella, and Emma.

In addition, she is also survived by her siblings, Donna, Doris, Allyson, Nonie, Melody, and Kara as well as many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, April 14, at 4 p.m. at 91 Ridgewood Terrace, Albany, NY 12203. All are welcomed. Comfortable attire is requested. Memories will be shared.
