Buy books, games, or jewelry to benefit the Berne library

To the Editor:

Spring into the Book, Jewelry, and Game Sale on Saturday, March 25, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Sunday, March 26, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Berne Community and Senior Center at 1360 Helderberg Trail.

Check out the wide assortment of books, DVDs, games, puzzles, and jewelry available. Thanks to community members who cleared out their bookshelves, game cupboards, and jewelry boxes, there is plenty to choose from.  We have all genres of fiction; a wide assortment of non-fiction, in adult and young adult; and children’s books.

Many next-to-new games and puzzles are ready for new owners. Find just the right jewelry for your spring wardrobe.

A unique feature this year is the sale of Town of Berne road signs. We have over 60 signs, priced at $20 each.

Donations of items for the sale may be dropped off at the Senior Center on Saturday, March 18, from 9 a.m. to noon.

All proceeds will benefit the Berne Public Library. Hope to see you at the sale!
