To the Editor:

A recent Enterprise article says Guilderland is a “welcoming community” [“Barber: The state of Guilderland is ‘welcoming’,” Feb. 12, 2025].

 And another says the Guilderland Schools “are diversity” [“Editorial: Schools must stay the course in meeting the needs of each and every student,” Feb. 17, 2025].

Put together, “welcoming diversity” could be a common theme for everything we each do — and maybe the most powerful protest we each can make against all the trouble afoot.

So just breathe and be kind. Let thoughts, feelings, and sensations be. Go easy on yourself, others, and the Earth.
