Honor and Grads

These local students were named to the dean’s list or received a similar honor from their college or university for the fall 2022 semester:

— Riley Sullivan of Altamont, majoring in occupational science at American International College with a grade point average of 3.3 or higher;

State University of New York College at Oneonta has announced students achieving honors for the Spring 2022 semester. 

— Sean Nolan of Altamont, graduated  cum laude and earned a bachelor of science in sport management;

— Caroline Lydon of Delmar, graduated  cum laude and earned a bachelor of science in psychology;

These local students were named to the dean’s list or received a similar honor from their college or university for the spring 2022 semester:

— Celia L. Welton of Delmar, at Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts with a grade point average of 3.8 or higher;

These local students were named to the dean’s list or received a similar honor from their college or university for the fall 2021 semester:

— Kiera Wissing of Slingerlands, on president’s list majoring in nursing at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia with a grade point average of 3.9 or higher;

State University of New York College at Oneonta has announced students achieving honors for the fall 2021 semester.

These local students were named to the provost's list with a grade-point average of 4.0:

— Natalia Gibbons of Delmar, majoring in sport management;

These local students were named to the president’s list from Siena College for the fall 2021 semester with a grade point average of 3.9 or higher:
 

— Alexa Anastasi of Delmar;

— Nicole Anzalone of Schenectady;

— Meghan Brewer of Altamont;

— Allison Carter of Schenectady;

These local students were named to the dean’s list or received a similar honor from their college or university:

— Madison Demarest of Rotterdam, in the summer 2021 semester dean’s list at Palmer College of Chiropractic's Florida in Port Orange with a grade point average of 3.5 or higher;

These local students were named to the president’s list at Hudson Valley Community College for the fall 2019 semester with a grade-point average of 3.5 or higher:

— Catherine Ingleston of Voorheesville, majoring in accounting;
