— Hannah Miller of Altamont, majoring bachelor of science in criminology and criminal justice at University of Tampa in Florida with a grade point average of 3.5 or higher; 

— Derek Martelle of Delmar, majoring in bachelor of science in marketing at University of Tampa in Florida with a grade point average of 3.5 or higher;

— Spencer Phillips of Schenectady at Paul Smith's College with a grade point average of 3.5 or higher;
