ALTAMONT — The village board is considering two options as it upgrades its wastewater treatment plant to reduce the flow of excess stormwater into the plant’s filtration system.

GUILDERLAND — George Kuhn, 54, of Guilderland, was arrested for felony driving while intoxicated, after he hit another car and injured the female driver and 10-year-old passenger, according to a release from the City of Albany Police Department.
