After seven heartbreaking years of enduring a fatal disease, the Rodinos have friends that are still raising funds and raising hopes.

The “Show Guilderland Cares” event has been in the works since July, and organizer Emilio Genzano said he is hoping to raise $10,000 total, to split evenly between sports and the Rodino family, which is battling Huntington's disease.
