Kits of hand sanitizer, KN-95 masks, and hand soap are donated to Altamont Elementary School Tuesday morning by Jonathan Phillips, fifth-generation owner of Phillips Hardware.
Phillips Hardware accommodates wetlands in hopes of speeding approval of its large project at the corner of routes 146 and 158.
Phillips has been partnering with Red Kap, a local petroleum and gas distributor on the plans for expansion into the new areas of business, he said.
