A failed lawsuit against Voorheesville claimed the village did not do its due diligence when it inspected a sewer line that had been installed in the plaintiff’s home.
GUILDERLAND — A lawsuit brought last May in federal court against Timothy Horan — a retired teacher turned school board member — and the Guilderland School District has been settled with a payment of $117,500, court documents show.
The two former University at Albany students got six years’ probation each, on misdemeanor charges. They also will need to register as sex offenders, and they were dismissed from the university.
BERNE — Taylor Repscher, 20, accused last summer of stealing from the town highway garage where he worked, was sentenced Tuesday night in Berne Town Court.
