Graffiti has marred the bridge at Frenches Hollow for years, says Joseph Stein, who lives nearby, and on July 16, two men were observed, by him, in broad daylight, adding to it. Stein called the police, who arrived and arrested Patrick J. Gaitor, 24, of 20 Meadowbrook Drive, apartment 43, Slingerlands, and Luke C. Mosca, 21, of 651 Morris St., Albany, on charges of making graffiti and possession of graffiti instruments, both misdemeanors, and trespassing and unlawful possession of marijuana, both violations.

Third grafitti arrest: Joshua T. Boyark, 25, of 5 Madison St., A3, is the third person to be arrested in a span of three days for making graffiti on the concrete embankment of the Frenches Hollow pedestrian bridge. Boyark was arrested on Sunday, July 19, and charged with two misdemeanors. Chief Carol Lawlor of the Guilderland Police Department said Boyark had no connection with the two men arrested on the previous Thursday.
