Caught in the act: Luke C. Mosca watches as Patrick J. Gaitor fills in some bubble letters with spray paint on the concrete wall of the Frenches Hollow pedestrian bridge on July 16. Both men were arrested and found to have more than 30 cans of spray paint in their possession.
