As a gift to others, don’t hate anymore

To the Editor:

Imagine not being free to complain about your government, as Soviet socialist [Joseph] Stalin’s subjects were not free to complain about their socialist government’s workers’ paradise.

As American citizens, we are free to whine about how unfree we are to whine.

Communist China’s subjects are not free to complain about their communist workers’ paradise, without imprisonment, like the communist Chinese Uyghur minority.

We vote with our feet, as we choose to plant our feet in America, even with [Donald] Trump/ [Adolf] Hitler as our president. What wise choices have been made by those who choose the gift of American citizenship, over rejecting that highly sought-after gift to emigrate.

Hate President Trump as hard as you can. Get all of your hate out. Then, as a gift to others, don’t hate anymore. Merry Christmas!
