Photos: Dutch And Eagles Battle Against NYS Best

On Monday, Oct. 27, Guilderland and Bethlehem girls’ tennis players battled against some of the state's best singles and double squads over a three-day event at the Chase Center on the grounds of the Billie Jean King Tennis Center in Flushing.

Spiking to the quarters: Guilderland’s Meghan Uzzilia puts away a shot at net from Goshen’s Emma Shurter/Delia McGovern in the first set in their first-round matchup as Angela Li looks on. Uzzilia and Li won 6-0, 6-0 and advanced to quarters where they won 2-6, 2-6. They fell in quarters but look to finish in the top eight in the state.
