On Monday, Oct. 27, Guilderland and Bethlehem girls’ tennis players battled against some of the state's best singles and double squads over a three-day event at the Chase Center on the grounds of the Billie Jean King Tennis Center in Flushing.

On Saturday, Oct. 18, tennis players from Bethlehem, Guilderland, and Voorheesville took to the courts in the Section 2 individual sectionals for the first three rounds at Shenendehowa High School. The top three in singles and doubles will qualify for the state competition.

On Oct. 14, the fifth-seeded Bethlehem girls’ tennis squad traveled up to fourth-seeded Shenendehowa in the quarterfinals of the Section 2, Class AA sectional tournament. The Eagles played well but fell 8 to 1.

On Friday, Sept. 5, the Bethlehem girls’ tennis team hosted Suburban Council foe Colonie. The windy Friday afternoon didn’t stop the Eagles from cruising to a 8-to-1 win over the Wolfpack.
