“Born on May 11, 1941, in Oneida, New York, Howard built a legacy both professionally and personally. He spent his career in construction and management, where he earned the respect and admiration from his peers. He was a past president of the Schenectady Builders Association and an active member of both the Eastern Contractors Association and Saratoga Builders Association.

“Howard was known for his quick wit and endless repertoire of dad jokes. He loved spirited conversations about politics and world events. He had a deep appreciation for classic cars, often attending car shows where he’d share vivid stories from the past.

“His greatest joy came from spending time with his children and his five beloved grandchildren, passing down stories, laughter, and love.”
