NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF TAX ROLL & WARRANT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that I, the undersigned Town Clerk and Tax Collector of the Town of Rensselaerville, Albany County, State of New York, have received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of taxes within the Town of Rensselaerville for the year 2024 and that I will receive taxes as follows at the Rensselaerville Town Hall, 87 Barger Road, Medusa, NY 12120:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (9am – 3:30pm), Thursday (1:30pm – 6:30pm) and Friday (9am – 12pm).
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that taxes may be paid before February 1, 2024 without penalty. Taxes paid from February 1, 2024 through February 29, 2024 will be assessed a 1% penalty. A 2% penalty will be assessed for payments made from March 1, 2024 through April 1, 2024. The last day to pay taxes at this office will be April 1, 2024.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that pursuant to the provisions of law, the tax roll of the Town of Rensselaerville will be turned over to the Albany County Department of Finance on April 2, 2024. Thereafter, the penalty will be 5% plus interest.

NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF TAX ROLL AND WARRANT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the tax roll and warrant of the County Legislature of Albany will be/was delivered to the undersigned Receiver of Taxes and Assessments of the Town of Guilderland by December 29, 2023.
ALSO TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned Receiver of Taxes and Assessments will attend for at least thirty days from December 29, 2023 from 9:00 AM until 4:30 PM of each weekday, Monday through Friday, at the Town Hall of the Town of Guilderland, 5209 Western Turnpike, for the purpose of receiving taxes assessed under such roll. Town Hall will be open additional hours on Wednesdays (January only) until 6:00 PM for after-hours tax collection. No Cash will be received on Wednesdays after 4:30 PM.
ALSO TAKE NOTICE that taxes may be paid on or before January 31, 2024 without charge or interest. On all such taxes remaining unpaid as of February 1, 2024, a 1.0% penalty will be added for the period of February 1, 2024 to February 29, 2024. On all such taxes remaining unpaid as of March 1, 2024, a 2.0% penalty will be added for the period of March 1, 2024 until April 1, 2024.
THEREAFTER the Receiver will return to the Albany County Director of Finance all unpaid taxes pursuant to law, and in accordance with the provisions of § 924 of the Real Property Tax Law.
