Jones charged with four counts of sex abuse

GUILDERLAND — A man has been charged with predatory sexual assault against a child and four counts of first-degree sexual abuse.
Christopher A. Jones, of 12 Arcadia Ct., was “arrested after an investigation alleging sexual abuse of juvenile females at 4 Alton Rd. when the females were younger,” according to a Feb. 3 release from Guilderland Police.

Jones was arraigned in Guilderland Town Court and remanded to Albany County’s jail pending the disposition of his case. No further information is available at this time, police said on Friday evening.
