Town Designated Engineering Services  Rensselaerville 
The Town of Rensselaerville is actively seeking proposals from qualified respondents to serve as the Town Designated Engineer for 2022. 
The selected individual or company shall serve as the Town of Rensselaerville designated engineer and shall provide the Town with municipal engineering services consisting of, but not limited to, municipal meeting attendance and participation, plan review services, construction inspection services, project design services, construction administration and observation services, environmental services, regulatory agency interactions and preparing engineering reports for improvements to any special improvement district.. 
Sealed proposals will be received by the Town of Rensselaerville in the Town Hall located at 87 Barger Road, Medusa, New York 12120 until April 14, 2022, at 10:00 AM and opened at 7:15 PM. 
Respondents should take caution if U.S. mail or mail delivery services are used for the submission of proposals, mailing should be made in sufficient time for proposals to arrive at the Town Hall, prior to the time and date specified above. Mailed proposals received after 10:00 AM on the designated date will not be considered. 
Any questions regarding this proposal must be submitted to Town Clerk Victoria Kraker . Answers will be provided to all interested parties. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Berne invites sealed bids, including pickup price and delivery price and HPR price, for the furnishing of Asphalt Concrete and fiber winter mix – Dura Patch or equal for the use by the Highway Department of the Town of Berne during the year 2022 if, as, and when required. Successful bidder must guarantee to supply materials for the entire 2022 season.
Bids are to be submitted with price quoted on a per ton basis FOB at plant and delivered, HPR, to the Town of Berne. Bids shall be received until 10:00 AM on Monday, April 4th, 2022 at which time said bids will be opened and read at the Berne Town Hall, Berne, New York.  In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, bids may be mailed or left in the drop box outside Town Hall.  As the Town Hall is closed until further notice, the Town Clerk will open and record the bids.  You may request the recording to be emailed to you and the bid result sheet will emailed to you by the end of the day
Bids shall be in sealed envelopes which shall bear on the face thereof, the name and address of the bidder and the subject of the bid. In cases where two or more bidders submit identical bids as to price, the Town Board may award the contract to either of such bidders. Such bids shall have attached a non-collusive bidding certificate and should be submitted to the Town Clerk, P.O. Box 57, Berne, NY  12023.
The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to split the award of said bids and to purchase said materials through New York State or Albany County Contract in the event that the Town is able to purchase through New York State or Albany County Contract for a price or sum more favorable to the Town at any time during 2022.
