LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Rensselaerville will hold a Public Hearing on December 18, 2025 at 7:00pm at Town Hall, 87 Barger Road, Medusa, NY to review a colocation cell tower microwave on the existing cell tower for Centerline/AT&T, Pond Hill Rd. Rensselaerville, NY 12147 (Tax Map 124.-1-47.10). The Applicant is proposing to modify an existing tower to add equipment updates to it.
All those interested in this proposal will be provided with the full opportunity to be heard on the date of the Public Hearing.  Persons wishing to appear at such Hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative.  
Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Planning Board or at such Hearing.
