Atria Guilderland senior living facility sold, name changed

Now called Peregrine Senior Living Guilderland, the adult-care facility located on Mill Rose Court recently known as Atria Guilderland has been sold for $14.8 million.
GUILDERLAND — Atria Guilderland, the adult-care facility located on Mill Rose Court, has been sold for $14.8 million and its name changed to Peregrine Senior Living Guilderland.
It was just one of four local sales made by Chicago-based Ventas, a real-estate investment trust, to Peregrine Senior Living of Syracuse, according to paperwork filed with the Albany County Clerk’s Office.
The other three area facilities include:
— 140 Washington Ave. Extension, in the city of Albany, which sold for approximately $10.4 million;
— 345 Northern Blvd., also in Albany, sold for about $17.4 million; and
— 467 Delaware Ave., in Bethlehem, which sold for $11.3 million.
The deal was first reported by the Albany Business Review.
Peregrine Senior Living Guilderland is a 120-bed assisted-living facility with 21 beds set aside for memory care and another 26 for “enhanced” assisted living, according to the state Department of Health.
