Lois Ann Kudlack

Lois Ann Kudlack of South Daytona, Florida, who loved exploring new things, died on Tuesday, Aug. 17, 2021, in Halifax Hospital in Daytona. She was 69.
“She is reunited in Heaven with her husband, Michael Kudlack, who died on Feb. 7, 2001,” her family wrote in a tribute.

Mrs. Kudlack was born in Roosevelt, Long Island to Ralph Everett Denton and Constance Futterer Denton on May 10, 1952. She went to Greenville Central High School and graduated in 1970.

She worked part-time for many years for the New York State Department of Education while her children were young and she later worked full-time.

“Lois loved being with people, traveling, and just exploring new things,” her family wrote.

Lois Ann Kudlack is survived by two daughters, Christine Ellen Kudlack-Dean and Wayne Alan Jr., and Jeanette Hart; and by her son, David Paul Kudlack and Jamie.

She is also survived by brother, Mark Everett Denton, and Barbara; by her sister, Cheryl Denton; by her grandchildren, Wayne Alan Dean, III, Michael Everett Dean, Mariah Leigh-Anne Hart, Kasey Hart, Kayden Hart, Jason Kudlack, and Jet Kudlack; and by many nieces and nephews.

A calling hour will be on Monday, Aug. 30, from 10 until 11 a.m. at A.J. Cunningham Funeral Home, 4898 Route 81, Greenville. The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. with Pastor Will Balta of South Westerlo Congregational Christian Church officiating, followed by burial in Westerlo Rural Cemetery.

At the family’s request, face masks are mandatory for all services, inside and outside.
