Uncommon Grounds to open fourth location at Stuyvesant Plaza

GUILDERLAND — Uncommon Grounds will open a café and coffeehouse at Stuyvesant Plaza late this year.

The 2,800 square-foot restaurant will offer fresh-roasted coffee, homemade bagels, soups, salads, and desserts. Uncommon Grounds will take over the space formerly occupied by Bruegger’s Bagels. Approximately 30 full- and part-time employees will be hired to staff the operation, according to a release from Stuyvesant Plaza.

Uncommon Grounds first opened in 1992 in downtown Saratoga Springs and now has three restaurants: at 1235 Western Ave. in Albany; at 9 Clifton Country Road in Clifton Park; and at 402 Broadway in Saratoga Springs.
