HOLLY HILL, Fla. — Mary Leah Brush, a long-time resident of Westerlo, died on Friday, June 25, 2021, after a brief illness.

She was born July 19, 1938 to the late Edward and Elizabeth Stiffen.

She was a long-time member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 120 of Holly Hill, Florida.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 54 years, Victor; by her daughters, Donna McCormick and her husband, Dennis, and Cheryl Lee and her husband, Jeffrey; by her grandchildren, Nick Tambasco, Jared Tambasco and his wife, Brittni, Bryan McCormick and his wife, Collene, Heather Dumire and her husband, Brian, Thomas Alheim and his wife, Samantha, Shane Alheim and Jamie Pratt, Victoria Slingerland and her husband, Joshua; and several great-grandchildren.

She is also survived by her sister, Betty Davis; by her brother, William Stiffen; and by many nieces and nephews.

Her parents, Edward and Elizabeth Stiffen, died before her, as did her son, Thomas Alheim; her sister, Joan Stromeyer; and her brothers, Jack, Frank, Edward, James, Joseph, Thomas, and Robert Stiffen.

Interment will be held at a future date.
