Peter Barber holding a shovel and almost out of shot in your photo at the groundbreaking of the library expansion was worth a thousand words. Please allow me to add a few captions:

— Peter Barber is in the back row with a shovel but, trust that Christine Duffy is going to uncover any dirt Peter Barber uses with his shovel;

— Define shoveling;

— Hey lady in the front row, watch out. Is Peter Barber using you for cover with your consent?

Editor’s note: The New York State Supreme Court recently upheld its decision to dismiss a claim filed by Christine Duffy against the town of Guilderland over her then-neighbor’s 2015 driveway expansion because she filed too late.
