Mark your calendars for this year’s Farms and Artisans Tour on Sept. 13 and 14!  It is an opportunity to take a ride through rural Albany County and enjoy the beautiful days of late summer in the countryside.

Pick up a free map for your self-guided driving tour at any place where you see a “TOUR” sign with a yellow sunflower.  Maps will also be available at local libraries and public places, and a printable version will be on www.hilltowns.org after Sept. 7.

Choose your destinations among farms, artisan studios, markets, historical museums, and other places of interest.  Detailed offerings for each venue, with schedules and wheelchair accessibility, as well as locations of gas stations, are all included on the map directory.
