All Altamont residents should be aware that we will have a choice in the upcoming election on March 19 for village board trustees. Quite often, people have run unopposed or have been appointed. That is not the case this year so it’s very important that you vote.

If you’re looking for leadership that is responsive to the citizens and will reflect that in their village board votes, that will work to implement the village’s comprehensive plan, and that will provide timely and comprehensive village information, then please consider voting for Simon Litten and James Sullivan.

Both are committed to these ideals and to the sustainability and future of Altamont. And both have the knowledge and public-service experience to get the job done. For more details, email Simon at .
