New Scotland

Albany County is using $3.2 million of American Rescue Plan funding to provide access to 1,000 underserved addresses in Bethlehem, Berne, Coeymans, New Scotland, Rensselaerville, and Westerlo. 

Norfolk Southern has asked the court to stop enforcement of the stop-work order and to declare it legally invalid. 

The statement from the school district said it was made aware of the incident on Oct. 8
