Aleeya Healey, M.D., a developmental behavioral pediatrician, has joined Albany Medical Center’s Department of Pediatrics. She was also appointed assistant professor of pediatrics at Albany Medical College and director of the developmental behavioral pediatric residency medical education program.

“We women never touch a flake of snow,” said Joan Sherwood. “The guys here are amazing. They come over and knock on the door and say, ‘Keys?’ We hand over our keys, and they go down and scrape off our cars, and move them so the snowplows can get through.”

GUILDERLAND — Happy Cat Rescue Inc., based in Guilderland Center, is hoping people will adopt cats for Christmas.
