Photos: Blackbirds Defense Clamps Down On Red Raiders

On Friday, Oct. 27, the top-seeded Voorheesville Blackbirds girls’ soccer took on the three seed Mechanicville in the Section 2, Class B sectional championship at Stillwater High School. The Birds scored early and then had to hold on when Mechanicville had a late push to tie. Voorheesville won 2-1.
