“I can’t believe I’m associated with the lieutenant colonel’s name” said Brian Barr, right, who was honored with the Lieutenant Colonel Todd Clark Memorial Service Award on Friday. Todd Clark, who graduated from Christian Brothers Academy in 1990, died of injuries suffered from small-arms fire in Afghanistan on June 8, 2013, at the age of 44. Barr, a social worker, who devoted his career to helping troubled youth, shakes the hand of Todd Clark’s father, Raymond. Both Barr and Clark live in Guilderland.
